Accessibility Statement
ProleadSync is committed to making its public website and web application usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and users who rely on keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification, switch access, or other assistive technologies.
1. Scope
This statement applies to the digital services under ProleadSync's direct control, including:
- the public website proleadsync.com;
- the authenticated web application app.proleadsync.com;
- legal, support, and other web interfaces provided by ProleadSync.
Embedded third-party content, integrations, or components may be subject to limitations outside ProleadSync's direct control.
2. Standards Followed
ProleadSync seeks to align its digital surfaces with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549, where applicable to the service provided.
3. Conformance Status
ProleadSync considers its digital services to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Several improvements have already been implemented, but some components and flows are still under review in order to achieve more consistent accessibility across the platform.
4. Known Limitations
As of the last update of this statement, we had identified the following areas still being improved:
- some pages or components may still require additional contrast improvements;
- some legacy or less frequently used flows may still require keyboard navigation, visible focus, or modal focus-management adjustments;
- some secondary heading structures, decorative icons, or semantic relationships are still being normalized;
- third-party content or integrations may not fully reflect the same level of accessibility.
5. Ongoing Improvements
ProleadSync is carrying out a progressive accessibility review across the platform. Improvements already delivered or underway include:
- skip links to reach the main content directly in the main surfaces;
- improvements to labels, accessible names, and icon-only controls;
- keyboard and focus-management fixes in critical flows and modals;
- continuous review of public pages, the inbox, authentication flows, and legal areas.
6. How We Assess Accessibility
Accessibility is reviewed on an ongoing internal basis, including:
- manual keyboard-only testing;
- spot checks with assistive technologies;
- structural review of HTML, headings, accessible names, and focus behavior;
- automated tools to help detect issues.
These checks are iterative and do not prevent additional audits from being carried out in the future.
7. Feedback and Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, an inaccessible document, or any usability issue, you can contact us through:
- Email: ajuda@proleadsync.com
- Mobile contact: +351 935 655 950 (Standard mobile rates apply)
If possible, please include the affected page or feature, the technology used, and a short description of the issue so we can investigate it more effectively.
8. Statement Maintenance
This statement is reviewed periodically and whenever relevant changes are made to ProleadSync's digital services or accessibility work.
