Affiliate Program Terms

These terms supplement the ProleadSync Terms and Privacy Policy and apply to partners.proleadsync.com.

1. Eligibility and approval

Program participation requires manual approval. In this version, the paid payout programme is limited to affiliates in Portugal and Brazil. ProleadSync may approve, reject, suspend or remove affiliates when there are signs of abuse, commercial conflict, fraud, legal breach or reputational risk.

2. Tracking and consent

The attribution flow is first affiliate click, cookie or same-journey attribution, account creation, payment and commission. Persistent attribution cookies use the .proleadsync.com domain, last 30 days and require Marketing consent. Without that consent, attribution may only be carried within the same journey.

3. Phase 1 commission rules

The commission is 50% of the purchase value on the first three paid payments from an attributed customer. Self-referrals are not allowed. Refunds before approval cancel the commission; refunds after approval create a clawback.

4. Payouts

There is no minimum payout amount. Eligible commissions first become payout candidates after the validation hold. No payout reaches Stripe Connect until the supporting fiscal document for that payout is approved.

Stripe Connect onboarding and verification are mandatory before payment. Affiliates must keep their legal name, tax identifier, billing address and payout account details accurate in the partners portal.

In this phase, ProleadSync does not offer self-billing/autofaturacao. The affiliate remains responsible for uploading the invoice, receipt, nota fiscal or equivalent fiscal document accepted for their approved jurisdiction.

ProleadSync may delay, reject or claw back payouts when a document is invalid, duplicated, mismatched against the payout amount or when compliance details cannot be verified. Uploaded documents and extracted metadata may be retained for audit, fraud prevention and operational recovery purposes.

5. Anti-fraud

Artificial clicks, misleading incentives, self-purchases, spam, ads impersonating ProleadSync, abusive brand bidding, fake leads and any attempt to manipulate attribution or payouts are prohibited.

6. Changes

ProleadSync may change rules, rates, payout cycles, eligible countries, anti-fraud controls or document requirements before new commissions accrue. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the partners portal and may require a fresh acceptance of the current partner terms version before new payouts proceed.
